“The” Tire Manufacturer
Constantly increases his output up to 25 tons/hour – increases the strip with up to 1400 mm – uses very few recipes /per line and has few change overs /set ups
“The” Multi Compound /low volume producer
Uses several thousand recipes (quick change over/fast cleaning/full traceability) requires the presentation of the compound in various geometries such as different strip witdh or presentation (endless , precut …)
“The” Multi Compound / high volume producer
Uses a restricted numer of recipes per line – increases the output per line up to 12 tons/hour – focuses his endproduct on special geometries and focuses on automation combined with process control/documentation

BATCH OFF COOLING LINES
… are used for strip withs of more than 500 mm and throughputs of more than 3 tons/hr
CANTILEVER COOLING LINES
… are used for smaller strip applications (single/multi strip) and in conditions with space restrictions
CUTTING MACHINES
… are extracting the sheets from a stacked pallet and cut stripes with a precise weight tolerance onto a conveyor belt
SPECIAL APPLICATIONS
… these machines are able to handle materials with restricted capabilities or high degrees of protection required (e.g. Silicone rubber applications wrapped in protective foils …)
